We are a family run business situated 5 miles south of Hawick on the A7 that offers quality en suite rooms & home made food served daily. Relax on our Leather Sofa's in front of our roaring open fire during the cold winter days, or choose to unwind in our relaxed lounge or Tranquil Beer Garden which boasts beautiful views of the riverside gardens, woodland views & over looks the River Teviot & Newmill Burn which is home to much wildlife! Or why not try your luck on our quality Imperial Pool Table? We try to provide something for everyone. Children are welcome, and we allow well behaved dogs.

We have a function room with catering available, and our own Disco/Karaoke equipment if required.

Our letting rooms are en-suite with central heating and double glazed windows. Both rooms boast views of the riverside gardens and countryside views. Free-sat TV is installed into our rooms, tea & coffee making facilities and a hair dryer are also provided within the rooms. Iron & ironing board is available from reception.

Single Occupancy £35.00 (Bed & Breakfast)

Family Room £25.00 per person (Bed & Breakfast) under 10's £15.00

£10.00 charge for pets.
